As a Business Development Director for Healthcare Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the healthcare sector. Your primary objective will be to build a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts, driving revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' prior lead generation or inside sales experience, as well as 2-5 years' managerial experience. Experience working with facilities specializing in treating patients in the Tricare population and developing relationships with referral sources who service pediatric patients are highly preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is also essential, along with experience using CRM systems.

This role offers an attractive salary of $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
