We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team as an Account Manager, Inside Sales based in Charlotte, NC.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to grow their career alongside a talented team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

**What You'll Do:**

  • Work closely with the RUCKUS field sales teams and management to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners.
  • Energetically interact with field sales and our ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and be the lead in many cases to see the opportunity through to the finish.
  • Apply new business/project publications to qualify new business leads and forward them appropriately to the field team or ecosystem.
  • Use RUCKUS' internal resources for product expediting, pricing, technical support, etc., to meet customer expectations.
  • Apply CRM to handle business opportunities and use it for account planning.
  • Be a champion of implementing the RUCKUS Sales Methodology.
  • Implement creative thinking and planning to identify new fields of play and new opportunities that position RUCKUS as the lead solution of choice.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.
  • Implement call out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities.
  • Craft and deliver qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow our database via D365 and SFDC.
  • Ensure follow-up with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc.
  • Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads.

**Requirements:**

  • A completed bachelor's degree, equivalent military experience, or two years of sales experience.

The base salary for this role is $48,750, with an OTE of $81,250 (uncapped).
