Position Overview

Nation's Contractor Inc. is seeking a qualified Safety Compliance Supervisor to oversee safety protocols within our construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel involved in our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and communicate safety strategies and procedures in alignment with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and injuries, providing recommendations for corrective measures.
  • Create and facilitate safety training initiatives aimed at educating employees on safe work practices.
  • Identify and assess potential safety risks at various job sites, documenting findings and suggesting improvements to mitigate hazards.
  • Perform regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and to prevent unsafe conditions.
  • Carry out daily safety audits to verify that personnel, equipment, and materials adhere to safety regulations.
  • Train staff on safety protocols and lead safety training sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports in accordance with company policies, providing updates to management as necessary.
  • Ensure all safety documentation and records are accurately maintained, collaborating effectively with the client and their construction management team.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in safety management.
  • Familiarity with OSHA-CFR 1926 regulations pertaining to construction safety and health.

Essential Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
