Janitorial Operations Supervisor
Smart Choice Cleaning, Inc. is in search of a dedicated Janitorial Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing project management, addressing service requests, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and team members.
Work Schedule:
40-50 hours per week
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen - Proof of citizenship required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish
- Minimum of 3 years in managing commercial cleaning services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in floor care is preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Knowledge of custodial maintenance principles
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to adapt to various customer needs
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Capable of conducting assessments and managing logistics
- Flexibility to work evenings as required

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and collaborate with the team
- Recruit and train janitorial staff
- Plan, organize, and coordinate janitorial operations
- Conduct site inspections with clients and complete necessary documentation
- Order and manage supplies for various locations
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of janitorial staff
- Serve as a liaison between clients, operations leads, and management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and training
- Manage payroll and disciplinary processes
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting
- Willingness to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors
Working Conditions:
- Varied working conditions across multiple sites including offices, banks, and post-construction areas
- Work hours will be scheduled based on management needs
- Travel between job sites and home office is required
Position Summary: The Janitorial Operations Supervisor is primarily responsible for delivering all assigned services according to the specific Scope of Work for each property. This role involves overseeing task completion in alignment with upper management directives.
