We are seeking an experienced Senior Utility Engineer to join our civil land development team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading the design and implementation of utility infrastructure for residential and commercial projects throughout the Western US. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Central, Mountain, Arizona, or Pacific time zones. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design, planning, and execution of utility infrastructure projects, including water, sewer, stormwater, and dry utilities for residential and commercial developments.
* Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and utility capacity analyses.
* Prepare detailed engineering reports, construction plans, and specifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and timely delivery.
* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
* Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure innovative and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in utility engineering, with a focus on civil land development
* Candidate must primarily demonstrate proven experience in the design of Elevated and Ground Storage Tanks, Pump Stations, Lift Stations and Water/Sanitary Sewer Transmission Mains, TCEQ permitting
* Experience with Municipal Utility Districts is preferred
* Proven experience in managing and delivering residential and commercial utility infrastructure projects
* Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
