Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Municipal Utility District (MUD) projects, including attending board meetings, reviewing construction documents, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing engineering reports.
  • Provide technical assistance related to land development, utilities, drainage, environmental concerns, and infrastructure projects.
  • Identify and assess potential challenges and risks associated with design and construction plans.
  • Conduct site assessments as necessary.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in utilities, water, and/or environmental projects, ideally within the context of residential land development.
  • Experience collaborating with Municipal Public Works and on land development initiatives.
