About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Office Assistant to join our team at Brown University Health. This full-time position is based in Providence, RI, and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the supervisor, including maintaining their calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
- Maintain departmental records, including confidential information, and ensure accurate data entry and storage.
- Assist with budget management, including reviewing requests for purchases and authorizing allowable expenses.
- Perform library research and maintain departmental resource libraries.
- Coordinate special projects and events, utilizing independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient typing skills and ability to operate office equipment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $62,000-$72,000 per year.
