Your Role


In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of the organization's core systems and back-office operations, along with associated third-party applications, ensuring the secure and efficient processing of member transactions.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:


Possess an Associate's degree in a relevant field AND have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Specialist III role internally; or at least 1 year of experience in a Lead-level position externally. Alternatively, candidates with a High School Diploma/GED should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Specialist III role internally or 3 years externally in a Lead-level position.

Proficiency in Windows 7, 8, and 10, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

To excel in this position, you will be expected to effectively perform the following tasks under the guidance of your manager:


Administer the credit union's core systems and related third-party applications, including the implementation of software updates in both production and testing environments, overseeing routine and preventative maintenance, and communicating system/application changes to management and staff.

Assess the stability and efficiency of the core systems and associated applications, identifying and executing improvements.


Provide both local and remote technical support for the core systems and related applications to employees and third-party vendors, utilizing in-person, telephone, email, and helpdesk communication.

Maintain archives of core system and associated application reports, including document indexing, retrieval, and research.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments and branches to deliver optimal service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism while actively fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.


Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws, credit union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures.

Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $56,000 - $77,000

OE Federal Credit Union provides competitive compensation packages.

The offered salary takes into account experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location, and other business considerations.
