Our Installation Supervisors play a crucial role in guiding customers through the various product options available, overseeing the removal and installation of HVAC systems, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality while adhering to relevant local and national regulations.

This position will also involve mentoring and training both apprentice and junior technicians.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?

Oversee the installation and replacement of HVAC systems, including but not limited to: ductwork, split systems (gas or heat pump), and rooftop units (gas or heat pump)

Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in good working condition

Keep proper inventory of stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle

Travel to various job sites and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate any delays to customers

Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency

Engage with homeowners to address any concerns or interests regarding their HVAC systems, potentially leading to accessory sales or system replacements

Understand the company pricing structure and generate accurate customer invoices and other necessary documentation at job sites, as well as process credit card payments electronically

Participate in training sessions provided by the company focused on customer service and the latest industry advancements

Guide and mentor apprentices and entry-level installers

Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?

3+ years of experience with a solid understanding of refrigeration principles and the ability to diagnose and replace HVAC components such as Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Air Handlers, Duct Work, Zone Systems, Thermostats, and Air Filtration Systems

Universal EPA 608 Certification

Outstanding customer service skills with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations

Minimum Tool Requirements:
Basic Hand Tools- wrenches, screwdrivers, sheet metal tools, and hammers.

Minimum Testing Equipment Usage:
Refrigerant Gauges, Manometer, Magnahelic, Carbon Monoxide Detector, Psychrometer, and Micron Gauge

Familiarity with local codes

Ability to work independently and efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed correctly on the first attempt

Capability to work in confined spaces and climb ladders; perform tasks in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on rooftops

Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check upon acceptance of an offer

Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record and at least 5 years of driving experience
