Your Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Team Lead, you will coordinate and oversee the activities of a designated work group or cell. You will provide necessary on-the-job training and ensure that work and customer requirements are met while adhering to all company quality and safety standards. Input regarding employee performance may be provided to the Supervisor or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the assignment and completion of tasks within the work group, including inspection, warehouse operations, and material handling.
  • Exemplify organization and maintain cleanliness in all work areas.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and company health policies.
  • Coordinate activities at the beginning and end of shifts, including clean-up and other operational tasks.
  • Guarantee the availability of necessary tools and materials for job completion.
  • Deliver on-the-job training for new work instructions as required.
  • Provide performance feedback to the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Immediately report any accidents or incidents to a supervisor.
  • Notify the Supervisor or Manager of any policy or procedure violations.
  • Engage in and support all health and safety initiatives.
  • This role involves direct interaction on the warehouse floor, surrounded by heavy machinery.
  • Meet the Employee Attributes and Competencies as defined by TKMNA.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in following instructions and completing assigned tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to convey procedures and instruct others clearly.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Possess a safety-oriented mindset.
Compensation

Competitive salary of $32.72 per hour.
