Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in job setup and developing schedules using WinTeam and Securities.
  • Monitoring job performance within the region.
  • Ensuring efficient job setup, staffing, and completion to enhance overall performance.
  • Managing last-minute staffing requests and reducing unbilled overtime.
  • Collaborating with HR and field management to address service needs and staffing requirements.
  • Reporting client complaints and performance issues to management.
  • Coordinating with Intelligence Analysts to escalate important incident reports.
  • Providing daily operations reports to the Ops Analyst and Supervisor.
  • Managing uniforms and equipment inventories in collaboration with local and regional teams.
  • Maintaining compliance with training materials and BRC policies.

The ideal candidate will be a proficient multi-tasker, skilled in using WinTeam, Lighthouse, and other relevant applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential. This position reports to the District Managers (DM).

Qualifications:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; customer service experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • A minimum of seven years of supervisory and scheduling experience.
  • Reliable transportation and proximity to the service area.
  • Keen attention to detail.
