Job Overview

Decision Information Resources, Inc., a reputable research and evaluation firm, is actively seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Telephone Survey Specialist within our call center environment. The primary responsibility of this position involves reaching out to participants, securing their cooperation, and conducting interviews for various research studies.

The ideal candidate will undergo a comprehensive paid training program and must successfully complete a certification assessment to demonstrate proficiency in survey methodologies and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone interviews with research study participants.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable data collection in accordance with project-specific guidelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy while communicating with a diverse range of respondents.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
  • Exceptional reading and communication skills, with clear enunciation.
  • Professional telephone demeanor and etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with participants nationwide.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
  • Previous experience in call center interviewing, ideally with a minimum of one year.
  • Experience in survey research is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to undertake special projects as needed.
Position Details

This is a part-time role requiring in-person attendance. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 20 to 28 hours weekly, with availability for shifts during designated hours throughout the week.
