Telephone Survey Specialist

Decision Information Resources, Inc., a leading organization in research and evaluation, is actively looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to serve as Telephone Survey Specialists. This role involves reaching out to participants, securing their cooperation, and conducting interviews for various research studies.
The ideal candidate will undergo a comprehensive paid training program and must successfully complete a certification assessment on survey protocols and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews with research study participants.
- Ensure accurate and reliable data collection by adhering to project-specific training guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and clarity in communication with diverse respondents.
- Perform special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
- Exceptional reading and communication skills with clear enunciation.
- Professional telephone demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with respondents.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications.
- Previous experience in call center interviewing, ideally with a minimum of one year.
- Experience in survey research is advantageous.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Work Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring in-person attendance. Candidates should be prepared to work approximately 20 to 28 hours weekly, with shifts available during specified hours throughout the week.
