Office Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to department heads, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Manage general office duties, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Create and maintain databases, files, and other documents.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records and perform related tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- At least four years of experience in a similar role; additional experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Salary and Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $42,000, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
