Job Summary

ServiceNet is seeking a skilled Behavioral Services Coordinator to join our dynamic clinical team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will coordinate clinical interventions with staff, managers, therapists, psychiatrists, day program coordinators, families/guardians, etc., and develop therapeutic relationships with individuals receiving supports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injury, including knowledge of services for people with these conditions, such as employment, residential, outpatient, and community supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical interventions with staff, managers, therapists, psychiatrists, day program coordinators, families/guardians, etc.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with individuals receiving supports.
  • Train residential staff on clinical topics and interventions.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - 74,000 per year, based on experience and credentials, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including comprehensive health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, and tuition remission for eligible classes.
