About the Position

  • Provide supervision and support to staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and program success
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze program data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve program objectives
  • Represent the program at community events and conferences

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a human services field (preferred) and two years of experience working in mental health services
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a supervisory or director-level role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations and agencies
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with Wraparound services and strength-based, family-centered practice models

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Gandara Mental Health Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, as well as paid time off and holidays.
