At Elara Caring, we provide personalized care in the comfort of patients' homes. We're seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Care Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting and a current, unrestricted state RN license. As a Behavioral Health Care Specialist, you'll assess and coordinate care for patients dealing with behavioral health challenges.

You'll work autonomously, evaluating patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs through clinical records, reports, and on-site evaluations. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing care plans, collaborating with teams, providing education and support, supervising and mentoring, and caring for patients at end-of-life.

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary of $**85,000 per year**, extensive health, dental, and vision plans, tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, and family support options.
