Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Partners HealthCare. As a Residential Physical Therapist, you will work directly with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and promoting optimal functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical function and mobility

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with adult and geriatric populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000 - $118,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
