Job Title: Behavioral Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting, with a current, unrestricted state RN license. Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Assessing and coordinating care for patients with behavioral health challenges
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing education and support to patients and families
