Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Middle School Teacher to join our team at Executive Excellence. As a Middle School Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing our curriculum, creating engaging learning experiences, and ensuring the academic success of our scholars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement our curriculum, ensuring that it meets the academic standards and needs of our scholars.
  • Lesson Planning: Create engaging and effective lesson plans that promote academic growth and mastery of learning standards.
  • Assessment and Data Analysis: Design and implement assessments to measure scholar progress, and use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, and communicate effectively with scholars, parents, and colleagues.
  • Scholar Support: Provide individualized support to scholars, addressing their academic and personal needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement and leadership; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years teaching experience in an urban public or charter school setting.
  • Content Knowledge: Strong content knowledge in high school subjects.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Evidence of self-motivation, diligence, and willingness to be a team player.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and high moral character.
