Key Responsibilities:

+ Support the Banker in developing sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and attracting new target clients, with an emphasis on Investments.

+ Aid the Banker in prospecting activities - conduct research on potential clients, generate leads, and cultivate prospects, while networking to identify referrals and organizing client events.

+ Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into clients of Citi Private Bank.

+ Manage client/prospect meetings - facilitate pre-call preparations, organize post-meeting notes, and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, including call reports.

+ Collaborate with the Banker to enhance existing client relationships through in-depth analysis.

+ Provide timely and accurate revenue tracking, deal pipeline reports, and other pertinent information to the Banker.

+ Offer daily support to the Banker regarding documentation such as account openings and closings, loan disbursements, etc.

+ Deliver comprehensive service support to clients, including resolving complex inquiries.

+ Ensure all documentation related to KYC/AML is completed and updated, maintaining thorough client records.

+ Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, with a focus on the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.

Qualifications:

+ 6-10 years of relevant experience.

+ Required Licensing: Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65).

+ Knowledge of investment products is essential; familiarity with banking and credit products is preferred.

+ Proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships; adept at multitasking.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
