Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales. As a Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives and driving revenue growth across the US. You'll work closely with our sales leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and coach team members to achieve sales success
  • Work with resellers and channel partners to drive sales growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience, with 5+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
  • At least 2 years of experience selling to or with State and Local government contractors focused on the U.S. Public Sector space
  • Working knowledge of business process automation and a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi-departmental solution sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts
