Avenue5 Residential is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President, Client Strategy to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and building authentic relationships with strategic partners and clients to procure management agreements and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide financial underwriting and valuation assistance to new clients
  • Assist leadership with identifying market changes and procurement of new management opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-family property management client strategy, business development, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in RealPage and/or Yardi software
  • 3-5 years of experience with analyzing and underwriting market rate, affordable, value-add or lease-up properties
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Real Estate license as required by state or local law
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements, general ledgers, rent rolls, market surveys, balance sheets, cash flow projections, budgeting templates, etc.
  • Familiarity with industry-related business intelligence tools
