Overview

Brookdale Florham Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive community culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow revenue and profitability, while maintaining a high level of resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive sales results and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and associates, ensuring a positive and inclusive community culture.
  • Oversee resident services, including admission, healthcare management, and maintenance of resident documentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce turnover and increase retention, while ensuring compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.
  • Represent the community and the Company to governmental agencies, professional organizations, and other public agencies and groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a minimum of three years of related operational leadership experience.
  • Valid administrator license in states where required, and a valid driver's license with access to a private vehicle for business use.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle arising problems and issues, and demonstrate leadership ability to be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance units.
What We Offer

Brookdale Florham Park offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $134,040 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plans.
