Job Title: Associate Director, Psychiatry Account Executive PromotionJob Summary

Ambitious and results-driven marketing professional sought to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies for AbbVie's Psychiatry Account Executive Promotion team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy comprehensive marketing plans to support the Psychiatry Account Executive Promotion team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Proactively support the account executive sales team through collaboration, field rides, and development of materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure marketing activities are in compliance with medical, regulatory, and legal requirements
  • Effectively track and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of pharmaceutical experience with strong analytical and strategic marketing skills
  • Previous experience in Account Executive marketing is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make effective presentations to internal and external customers, sales teams, and senior management
  • Ability to define, track, analyze key performance measures and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with focus, and drive consensus among internal and external stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds, disciplines, and departments
