Job Title: Executive Director

As the Executive Director of CIS Management, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as our company's standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee all community functions, including sales and marketing, to achieve occupancy development and dedication goals.
  • Develop and maintain programs to promote a positive image and build relationships with residents, visitors, and associates.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all residents, visitors, and associates by promoting infection control, life safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain resident retention by working with residents and their families to address any issues that arise.
  • Direct the training and development of clinical and administrative personnel, as well as motivating, supervising, and evaluating their performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or better.
  • Certified AL Admin (CALA) certification.
  • Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) license, NJ CALA certification, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in assisted living/long-term care facilities.
