Position Overview:
The Retail Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading the customer service team and collaborating closely with the Store Manager for training and development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assuming managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Completing daily reports accurately and reviewing closing reports.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Placing weekly product orders as needed, following company guidelines.
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and managing store personnel.
  • Supervising all shifts and verifying task completion.
  • Covering shifts as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Performing team member responsibilities, including cashiering.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting customers and addressing inquiries or complaints.
  • Merchandising the store according to company standards.
  • Executing promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Conducting fuel pricing surveys to maintain competitive pricing.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in retail operations or food service.
  • Experience in fuel services is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eligibility as a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Desired Experience:
Supervisory experience and customer service/retail experience are preferred.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Certifications:
Food Safety certification is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Age Requirement:
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
