Role Overview:

The Retail Operations Supervisor will assist in leading and implementing all initiatives necessary to meet the store's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and track sales performance, taking necessary actions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass store sales targets.
  • Champion an elevated customer experience, acting as a brand representative—embodying brand values, engaging customers, and sharing Reformation's sustainability narrative.
  • Oversee the sales floor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through a customer-centric approach to build lasting client relationships.
  • Support customers and oversee team interactions, providing real-time coaching for ongoing improvement.
  • Achieve an optimal balance of sales and service by strategically scheduling staff while meeting payroll objectives.
  • Maintain outstanding customer experience metrics.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and controls within the store, training the team to uphold consistent standards.
  • Contribute to loss prevention efforts across all business areas, setting expectations and training the store team.
  • Assist in managing daily operational tasks to meet revenue goals.
  • Ensure the store's maintenance, presentation, and organization are up to standard.
  • Support merchandising strategies and standards, utilizing retail and product analytics to enhance customer experience and business productivity.
  • Provide timely feedback on product and sales performance to influence inventory allocations and overall business success.
  • Ensure the sales floor consistently reflects brand and concept standards, training support staff and nurturing talent in visual and digital merchandising.
  • Assist in managing the daily performance of retail teams, fostering career development and an exceptional employee experience.
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of the store team across all business functions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Retail Management.
  • Experience in a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive environment.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  • Proven ability to set standards for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to optimize team and business performance while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business objectives.
  • A proactive approach with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize critical tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with diverse personalities.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with daily availability across a full 7-day work week. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet business needs.
