  • Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately plan, forecast, and report on sales and business performance.

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize store layout and customer flow to enhance satisfaction and engagement.

  • Ensure all team members are trained in health and safety procedures.

Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-focused role with assistant management responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of enhancing customer service standards while driving sales.
A strong commitment to customer service excellence and high standards is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, along with effective selling and upselling skills. An interest in cycling and familiarity with Brompton products will be advantageous.
