We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Sales Associate to join our team at Carrier Enterprise, a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc. As a Branch Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counter Sales: Greet customers, order equipment in computer, track parts for customers, and communicate updates to customers.
  • Showroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Check new equipment as it arrives, inspect for damage, and reorder supplies to ensure the branch stays stocked.
  • Customer Service: Answer phone calls, place orders, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
  • Counter Sales Support: Provide support for our showroom/parts stores.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in counter sales or other pertinent HVAC experience, preferred but not required. Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work with commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, and proficiency in using computers to look up equipment and cross-reference parts.
  • Additional Requirements: Will be expected to work overtime if needed, bilingual is a plus, and ability to work onsite daily.
