Account/Territory Manager Opportunity

Carrier Enterprise, a leading distributor of HVAC/R equipment and supplies, is seeking an experienced Account/Territory Manager to join our team in Carrollton, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to generate additional sales in our assigned territory, build long-term relationships with customers, and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and primary stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales programs to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for AA/BA degree
