Account/Territory Manager Opportunity

Carrier Enterprise, a leading distributor of HVAC equipment and aftermarket parts, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account/Territory Manager to join our team in Carrollton, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in HVAC sales and new market development to manage our territory and build strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate additional sales in assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales programs to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in HVAC, preferably with equipment, parts, and supplies experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen
  • PC literacy and high school diploma or equivalent required
