Job Description

This role involves driving sales of all K&B products, pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing existing client relationships. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed, and result-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily customer visits and job sites, locally or out of state, to gather feedback and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain weekly reports on sales calls, travel schedule, and customer meetings
  • Develop and execute a monthly strategic sales plan to identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings
  • Prepare monthly travel calendars based on strategic plans
  • Grows market share by increasing sales and sales volume while maintaining company-approved product margin goals

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated team player who works well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and result-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, including presentation, providing accurate information, skillful negotiations, timely follow-ups, and problem resolution
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, exceeding targets and building strong relationships
