Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and execute approval/review hierarchy
  • Assess market trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • CAD/CAM proficiency and 6+ years of experience working within a PCB manufacturing environment required
  • 4+ years of experience quoting PCB jobs and 4+ years of program management experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
