Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Complaint Specialist to join our team at Hollandia Dairy. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for tracking, trending, and investigating customer complaints, as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and trend customer complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Investigate customer complaints to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive actions and improve quality processes
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, food science, engineering)
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
