Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Complaint Specialist to join our team at Hollandia Dairy. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for tracking, trending, and investigating customer complaints, as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and trend customer complaints and internal/external audit findings to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate and analyze customer complaints to determine root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent future complaints.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, food science, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
