Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Operational Support
- Perform routine operational support tasks, including opening and processing mail, and extracting checks from envelopes.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Client Interaction
- Interact with client personnel on basic information, including answering questions and resolving issues.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- 6+ months of work or operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Secretarial or receptionist background.
- Comfortable with sitting down for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has worked in a production environment with quotas and standards.
