About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Strategy Analyst. As a key member of our Strategy team, you will work closely with leaders to define business problems, run analyses, and develop well-supported solutions with specific recommendations.

A Day in the Life

  • Compile data from various sources, including databases and internal teams, to support strategic plans and processes.
  • Mine corporate data to gain insights into customers, stores, merchandising, and operational performance.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques, such as regression or clustering, to drive business decisions.
  • Estimate the potential impact of opportunities raised by executives.
  • Draw conclusions and provide recommendations for action to business stakeholders.
  • Design and execute quantitative research through online surveys.
  • Conduct qualitative research through store visits and customer chats.
  • Organize customer chats, design question lists, and summarize findings.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor dynamics.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines and milestones, with input from stakeholders.
  • Communicate status updates regularly.
  • Present insights clearly and simply to Strategy team leaders and business stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering, applied mathematics, economics, or finance.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, such as marketing research, retail planning, or similar.
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a Strategy Consultant at a top-tier firm.
  • Ability to structure problems in a hypothesis-driven approach and make data-supported recommendations.
  • People-friendly mindset with excellent communication skills.
