Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst for Network Total Rewards will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations related to total rewards for unionized employees. This position involves active participation in union negotiation steering committee meetings and conducting in-depth off-cycle analyses pertaining to union matters across the network. Additionally, the analyst may engage in total rewards evaluations that extend beyond union contexts.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge and skills will also be considered. Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) are highly regarded.

Professional Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 7 years of specialized experience in Total Rewards, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement systems.
