Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst of Total Rewards within the Network will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive analysis and recommendations related to union benefits and compensation. This position entails active participation in union negotiation steering committee meetings and conducting in-depth analyses pertaining to union matters across the network. Additionally, the analyst may engage in total rewards assessments that extend beyond union affiliations.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience that has equipped the candidate with the necessary knowledge and skills. Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) are highly preferred.

Professional Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of specialized experience in Total Rewards, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Compensation, Benefits, and Retirement systems.
