Position Overview:

The Senior Total Rewards Analyst for the Network will play a pivotal role in providing analytical support for all union-related total rewards assessments and recommendations. This includes active participation in union negotiation steering committee meetings and conducting off-cycle analyses pertinent to unions throughout the network. Additionally, this position may extend to total rewards evaluations that are not specifically union-related.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that has equipped the candidate with the necessary knowledge and skills. Possession of certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and/or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) is highly preferred.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Total Rewards specialization is essential, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge in Compensation, Benefits, and/or Retirement.
