About the Role: We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Engines business unit. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of program management, engineering, supply chain, test, manufacturing, and quality organizations, supporting team effectiveness and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and tracking project plans; delivering program milestones for hardware builds, testing, and integration.
  • Acting as Scrum master and Agile process coach for design engineers.
  • Prioritizing, tracking, and reporting progress in support of assembly and acceptance testing.
  • Managing and maintaining a hardware usage log.
  • Cordinating the assessment of programmatic impact given engineering change requests.
  • Cordinating and tracking engineering changes with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
  • Cordinating with procurement, internal and external stakeholders to ensure that hardware/tooling prioritization meets project requirements.
