Spacecraft Propulsion Systems Designer

Blue Origin is seeking a skilled Spacecraft Propulsion Systems Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and test fluid systems for our spacecraft and launch vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated fluid subsystems.
- Perform trade studies to optimize GS2 Fluids system Design.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
- Work with fluid components (i.e., solenoid valves, pneumatic valves, regulators, pumps, instrumentation, etc.).
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering.
- 3+ Years of proven experience with spacecraft or launch vehicle fluid system component design or test.
- Experience with aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicles in the detail design of aerospace or equivalent type fluid systems and components.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $113,441.00 - $155,619.00 per year.
