Lead Fluid System Design Team
">We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer II to lead our fluid system design team and contribute to the success of our New Glenn launch vehicle program. As a leader, you'll be responsible for designing and developing fluid system components, managing team members, and ensuring project deliverables meet performance and safety requirements.
">Your Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of fluid system components, including valves, pumps, and heat exchangers">
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fluid system components into the launch vehicle">
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent, along with 4+ years of experience in fluid system design and development, leadership experience, and proficiency in supplier management methodologies.
">Salary
">The salary for this position is $150,000 per year.
