Job Responsibilities
The Project Engineer will be responsible for:
- Defining and tracking project schedules to achieve overall program goals and component requirements.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, overseeing changes, and helping track the resolution to unexpected problems.
- Supporting the development, manufacturing, and testing of engine valve components.
- Defining best practices to increase the efficiency of project execution.
- Interfacing with vendors or small teams to set requirements and track supplier developments for procuring hardware, tooling, and assemblies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in program management, engineering, supply chain, test, manufacturing, and quality organizations. Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt are also essential.
