Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to fill the role of Automotive Sales Consultant. This position is ideal for self-motivated candidates who aspire to excel in a rewarding career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Sell vehicles and financial services available at the dealership
- Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, and accessories
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions provided by the dealership and manufacturers
- Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism
- Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system for repeat business and referrals
- Set personal income goals that align with dealership standards
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience is not mandatory; however, experience in inside or outside sales in any industry is advantageous
- A strong background in customer service is essential
- Professional appearance and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Outgoing personality with a talent for building relationships
- Ability to ask for the sale and follow through effectively
- Team-oriented mindset
- A valid US driver's license and a clean driving record are required
- Candidates must successfully pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, motor vehicle records, and drug screening.
