Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Gerald Jones Volvo Subaru. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and helping them find the right vehicle to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their automotive needs
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers
- Assist customers with financing options and completing necessary paperwork
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
