About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Gerald Jones Volvo Subaru. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and helping them find the right vehicle to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers, highlighting the key features and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Assist customers with financing options and completing necessary paperwork, ensuring a seamless and efficient transaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business, building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a strong understanding of vehicle safety features and benefits.
