Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation Excellence: Utilize your skills in field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking to drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Creative Sales Approaches: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, solutions, and proposals that set you apart in the industry.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, and participate in training opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Demonstrate outstanding multitasking abilities and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistently deliver outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Proposal Writing: Demonstrated experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to update and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining an accurate funnel of sales opportunities, including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting.

Travel: Travel is required locally.

Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives.

Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640.
