About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB Team Sales team at T-Mobile. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new business customers, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business customers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product, to drive business growth and customer engagement
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
